Estimates
Estimates requested through this website are non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties. An estimate reflects the project details and photos you provide; conditions that could not reasonably be seen beforehand, such as damage under an old floor, can change the scope and the price, and we will tell you before proceeding.
Scheduling
Work dates are agreed in writing. Access to the property and material availability can move a schedule; if that happens, we will notify you as early as we can.
